What is a session like? During the first session you and Jodi will discuss your goals and then talk in depth about hypnosis and some of the other techniques that she uses. Then Jodi will discuss how they will benefit you. After all of your questions are addressed, the session will begin. If it is a hypnosis session, she will begin teaching you skills that will last a lifetime such as self hypnosis and a technique to eliminate a craving within seconds. Jodi will then guide you into hypnosis and work with the subconscious mind to make positive changes. If it is a Reiki, or Rising Star session, you will lay on a table fully clothed and relaxed. How many sessions will it take? This is different for everyone. Most people will notice a change during the first session. Jodi will discuss this with you to help decide what would work best for you.
How can hypnosis help me?
Often times we are unsuccessful when we try to make changes with our conscious mind because these are not changes that can be made with our conscious mind. The solution to this problem is in our subconscious mind. The way to access this and finally make those changes is through hypnosis.
Can I be hypnotized?
Yes. Hypnosis is a natural state of mind and we all go into these altered states throughout the day. In order to be hypnotized by someone, you must want to be. Then the hypnotist will act as your guide to help you do the work.
